• Intended for drinking purposes only

3. Service Area

Delivery services are currently available within Karachi city limits only.
Orders outside Karachi may be accepted subject to logistics availability and additional delivery charges.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Orders may be placed via:

• Phone
• Authorized sales representatives

Spark Premium Drinks reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any order
• Limit order quantities
• Adjust delivery schedules based on availability

5. Pricing Policy

6. Payment Terms

All orders are processed strictly on advance payment basis. The Company does not offer credit facilities under any circumstances

7. Delivery Policy

8. Product Handling & Storage Responsibility

• In cool, dry environments
• Away from chemicals or strong odors

Spark Premium Drinks is not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

9. Returns & Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted if:

Product is:

• Damaged at delivery
• Leaking
• Unsealed
• Incorrect item delivered

Requests must be made reported at the time of delivery and verified in the presence of the delivery representative.

Once the delivery is accepted by the customer, the Company will not be responsible for any claims, replacements, or shortages reported afterward.

Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement.

10. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Spark Premium Drinks ensures strict hygiene and filtration standards. However:

Water quality is guaranteed only when packaging remains sealed.

The company is not responsible if:

• Seal is broken
• Product is mishandled after delivery
• Storage instructions are not followed

11. Bulk & Corporate Orders

Bulk supply customers including:

• Cafés

May receive:

• Scheduled deliveries

• Delivery staff safety is compromised
